The Works:┬áThe Works is a “hands-on, minds-on” museum that makes learning about engineering, science and technology interesting, understandable and fun.

Science Museum of Minnesota: The Science Museum of Minnesota, founded in 1907, is a large regional science museum located on the banks of the Mississippi River in downtown St. Paul. The Science Museum’s programs combine research and collection facilities, a public science education center, extensive teacher education and school outreach programs, and an Imax Convertible Dome Omnitheater to provide science education to our audience of more than a million people per year.

TED – Ideas Worth Spreading: TED is a nonprofit devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. It started out (in 1984) as a conference bringing together people from three worlds: Technology, Entertainment, Design. Since then its scope has become ever broader. Along with two annual conferences — the TED Conference in Long Beach and Palm Springs each spring, and the TEDGlobal conference in Edinburgh UK each summer — TED includes the award-winning TEDTalks video site, the Open Translation Project and TED Conversations, the inspiring TED Fellows and TEDx programs, and the annual TED Prize.

Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce: For over 250 years the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) has been a cradle of enlightenment thinking and a force for social progress. Our approach is multi-disciplinary, politically independent and combines cutting edge research and policy development with practical action.

Leonardo’s Basement: Leonardo’s Basement is an innovative educational organization for children and their families. We create imaginative learning environments where girls and boys ages 6 to 16 design and build their creative ideas, mixing art, science and technology. We provide exciting building experiences for over 600 children a year and introduce our programs to thousands more at neighborhood and community events.
